Walqfit is dedicated to bringing you all things walking. Our belief is that walking can be one of the best forms of exercise and be extremely effective in fat burning and weight loss.

So much focus has been placed on resistance training, cardio and HIIT, and only recently has walking been added to the list. We're here to tell you that it just might be the best exercise, because just about everybody could and should do it!
